Nobody wants to suffer. Life without suffering physical and mental ailments is important to us. There is so much mental and physical disease around, what prevents us from living a life without disease?

What is stopping you from getting it? You will be surprised to learn it is your survival that stops you from going and getting a life free of suffering physical and mental disease.

To make progress on the way to getting a life without suffering, we have to find a way to get past our survival. We not only have to get past survival, we have to keep it from coming in your way.

Meditation is the process of experientially figuring out with our own insights how we get past our survival and proceed on our journey towards the goal of life without suffereing without letting our survival related issues coming in the way and stopping our progress. For vital goals such as a life without suffering, it is our personal insights that lead our way more than the insights of the others around us.
