Awareness of Helplessness

In early life, we can see our tiny bodies are totally helplessless. We cannot help ourselves when we are hungry. We can't help ourselves when our diaper is dirty. All we can dois cry so that our caregiver who normally is the mother can help us. We can see others around us have bigger bodies; they can move around and help themselves getting what they need, etc. Our early cognition of our helplessness and finitude comes to haunt us in developing limiting beliefs about what we can and cannot achieve.
